In collaboration with the Central Bank of Bahrain, World Bank and International Monetary Fund, the MENAFATF organized the 3rd workshop on ‘Training the assessors” in AML/CTF from June 28 until July 2nd in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.

The MENAFATF seeks to continuously train the largest number of experts in order to ensure their readiness in the future for any mutual evaluation tasks within the first round of evaluation. The regional workshop attended by around 30 experts from the member countries, aimed at developing the skills and enhancing the capacities of the participants in order to enable them contribute in the mutual evaluation operations with a higher efficiency.
